Here is a copy of Ann Will dated 2 Aug 1728.
The will of Ann Weadley of Neswick, Parish of Baynton.

In the name of God, Amen. I Anne Weadley of Neswick in the parish of Baynton in the East Riding of the County of York, Widow, being in perfect health both of body and mind (praised be God) and yet calling to mind my aproaching mortality, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, in the following form.................................
I give and Bequeath to my daughter Anne Simpson two pounds ten shillings.
I give to Hannah Foster Two pounds ten shillings.
I give to my granddaughters Anne and Margaret Simpson each of them two pounds ten shillings.
I give to my grandsons Robert and John Simpson each of them one pound.
I give to my grandson James Harper five pounds.
I give to Barbara Turner five shillings.
And further my will is that all of the above mentioned legacies & Bequests be paid by mine executrix twelve months after she shall receive of moneys which I have out at interest upon several securityee. But in case any of my debtors become insolvent and if all or any of the said sums ( out of which my will is that the said legacies are to be paid) be lost, then shall my executrix be free from the payment of the above said legacies, either in full or in part as it shall happen, and each one shall -----* in proportion of their respective legacies for the money so lost.
All the rest of my goods and chattels undisposed of I give to my grand daughter Hester Simpson whom I likewise constitute, make and ordain sole executrix of this my last Will & Testament, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of August in the second year of the reign of out Sovereign Lord George the Second, and in the year of our Lord God 1728.

* the word we cannot decipher looks like aBole but it might be a word having a meaning of 'lose or reduce' their proportion of their legacy. Not entirely sure.
