Joseph Weedlay-661

It is stated in a land deed dated 16 May 1807, that Joseph Weadley, who died in Bengal, India, did so unmarried.

Hannah Bird-615

The parish of Holderness or Hessel has not yet been extracted, hence this is why I cannot find the Bird family.

Emanuel Riley-620

Emanuel was classed as a Common Brewer in a deed dated 16 May 1807. he was 'Of Leeds', which would explain why I have not found much mention of him in York.

Thomas Best-623

In a Land deed dated 16 May 1807, it states quite a bit about Thomas, which is very helpful. It says he is late of Kirby Moorside, Labourer, since then, a Private soldier in His Majesty's 1st regiment of Foot soldiers, and now resident in the City of York

There is also another entry for Thomas and Margaret 23 Jun 1800, in vol E95. Also mentioned in this deed are Henry Weadley, Hairdresser, and Hannah his wife.

Thomas Dalton-626

In a land deed dated 16 May 1807 in York, Thomas was said to be 'Of Elland', and this may well be where he was born. He was a Basket Maker.

John Whip-627

John was a Baker.
!In a land deed dated 16 May 1807, John is said to be 'Of York', so hopefully he was born in York, though I am having trouble locating his birth etc.

Catherine Weadley-612

Catherine became a member of the Salem Chapel Congregational Church, on the 24 Feb 1841. She was member number 421, and lived in Goodramgate, York.
She died according to the record, 'in old age 1842.' I am not sure where I got the date Dec 1862 from, for her death.

Rachael Dalton-713

Was she buried in the Parish of Holy Trinity Goodramgate?

Richard Dalton-717

I mention this here because this concerns another Richard Dalton. There is a Richard Dalton who died 11 Nov 1785 aged 56 (B 1739) in York, and who is buried in the Parish of Holy Trinity Goodramgate, York. His wife Mary died 12 Apr 1804 aged 73 (B 1731).
