Daniel Bentall-1298

From an email from Maurie Bradofrd:
Dear Brian,

From Maurrie Bradford:Re Dirth Certificate: On his birth certificate, it says Daniel Bentall son of Eliza Mead. In the indexes it says Daniel Bentall Mead. In other occaisions, such as the Census, it says Daniel Bentall.
Evidently an illegitimate child, but the married name of his mother he took upon him. It is probable then that Daniel Bentall was his father.

The information below, appears to belong to a different Daniel Bentall:
Daniel was a Framer of 271 Acres who emploed 8 Labourers and 1 Boy.
He and his family lived at Lawn Hall, High Easter, Essex (Ref RG11 1814 65 15).

William Bentall-8218

FRom an email from Maurie Bradford:
Dear Brian,
I have been checking over my family history file, and have several
generations of descendants for Daniel Bentall, born 29 Feb 1844, son of
Daniel Bentall and Eliza Mead. His wife is listed as Sarah Ann
Feverill, born about 1852, and a son named William was born 19 Nov 1874
in Tottenham. Then there are children and grandchildren of William.
Did I get this information from you? If I did, what was your source of
information?
See you later,
Maurie

Mr Perry-5791

Need to get in Touch with Jeff Walsh, and Don Perry about this man!

Elizabeth Perry-5483

Witnesses at this marriage were: John Lovermore (Hill?) and William Portway.
William was living in Shalford at the time of the marriage, and Elizabeth was living in Rayne.

Sarah Pitts-1398

I have a feeling that Sarah's work has been done already, though I will have to check again.

Sarah Willers-1547

There are likely to be children from the first marriage, though I have yet to
look for them yet....
The work might not be done for them though. 22 oct 1995

Did sarah have a brother called Edward?? I have a note telling of the marriage of Edward Willers to Mary Cornell both of Felsted, married 18 Jan 1775 at Felsted.

From an email from Grant F Edwards - 15 March 2002
Dear Brian,
Sorry to pester you, but I suspect there's something wrong with the approximate date of birth of Sarah Willers (1547). The last of her children would have been born when she was about 56. Could her date of birth have been later?
Also there are two Sarahs among her children. The first one (838) is shown on another page as having been born 13 Jul 1802 and to have lived till 1875, which makes me suspicious about the second one (1918).
Any suggestions ?
Grant Edwards
