The Bean family of York 1700-1905

Notes

Middleton Patterson-939

From the 1881 Census:

Albert Bell-940

I am not sure if Albert was born in York, but he was living in Darlington, from at least 1906 (79, Cumberland St) till 1913. They next turn up in 1927 till 1932 where they were living at 14, Waverley Terrace, Darlington. It is not yet known where they were in between.
Albert's inlaws, Charles and Jane Bean moved in with them in 1906, and I assume lived there with them, and also wherever they moved to.
Charles died there in 1909 aged 71.

John Bean-971

I have a marriage here which is worth noting:
John Bean married Ann Mosey 7 Feb 1812 at St Mary Bishophill Junior, York.
I have not as yet been able to fit Ann into the family 14 Oct 2001
Is it this John??

William Bean-947

Did they have a son called Robert Chr 12 sep 1858 at St Sviour, York??

Robert Bean-986

I have a note which gives the burials of a few beans, which might be related to to my beans:
Richard Bean, of Fulford, York, Buried 12 Dec 1790 age 40 years.
Samuel Bean, his son, of Gillygate, York, Buried 7 Sep 1831 aged 47 years (born 1786)
Lydia Bean, of Giyylgate, York, Buried 17 Oct 1833 aged 87 years (Born 1746). It would appear that Lydia was the wife of Richard Bean!
These three burials took place in St Olave's Parish, YOrk.
